What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is based on two very important factors. First, listening to the client to learn what they really want and need. Second, we place an emphasis on developing tangible empathy for the clients wants and needs, and we expand that empathy to what the target audience of the website wants and needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, Wordpress, Zurb Foundation, Bootstrap, Drupal.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service?
Pricing is an important aspect that people are often tentative about. Perhaps this is because a website can seem very abstract, like a portrait painting. Everyone wants their website to reflect what they envision, so it is critical to actually write down and sketch out what the client envisions. Then examining the client's budget and comparing the budget to the estimated time to build the assets for the site (typically the text, images and sometimes video and audio) and add to that the estimated time to build the website to exacting specifications and professional performance. Because each website is as unique as the client and their requirements, there isn't really any "standard pricing". However, individual aspects of the site building process can be estimated as far as time and skill level required to produce. Sometimes those individual aspects can be based on an hourly rate. It all depends on what it takes to meet the client's requirements and budget.
